You are always right on top of my maintenance requests and you also follow up to make sure it was completed to my standards and in a timely manner!

I have been at the Cambridge Court for almost a year now and it was time to make a decision as to if I'd move or not. I am happy to say that I renewed my lease and moved into a larger unit! I'm still a fan of the ladies in the office and my neighbors are very friendly! The only downfall is that some of the dog owners don't always pick up after their dogs... other than that, I am loving my Cambridge Court Community!

I just moved in about a week ago and I love it here, great customer service from all the ladies in the office.

I love the staff, All the beautiful ladies at the office are amazing . The maintenance guys are always on time with service issues . the property is well kept always clean . I love this place I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I lived here prior and loved it. I give all the categories a 5 I had the opportunity to work with Gail Owens and the whole process was a piece of cake She is efficient and professional. I would give her a 10. The whole move in was seemless I have and will again this property to anyone looking for an apartment

I've only been here a few weeks but I truly love my new apartment home. The location is amazing, the staff if friendly, helpful, awesome and there is plenty of FREE covered parking!! The only bad thing I can speak on is the lack of Pet Stations. It's a pet friendly complex but there's only one station for all of the furbabies and it is often out of bags so that makes for poop filled green areas... Other than that, I don't see myself going anywhere any time soon!

Gail Owens was wonderful to work with. She made me feel right at home from the moment I walked into the office looking for my new home. The location is great along with the area. I look forward to living here for awhile.

I've lived here with my husband for six months now, and it has been wonderful! I am truly surprised at how peaceful and quiet these apartments are. There is ample covered parking, the maintenance team is quick and hard working, and the office staff is very pleasant and qualified. I love that they are replacing all of the windows and sliding doors--it's a great improvement! The ONLY downsides I have noticed so far is that our apartment's carpet is in need of replacing, and I think it is weird that they don't allow dogs on the second or third floors. Other than that, everything has been absolutely great! I really like the location as well. I LOVE that Half Price Books is just a short walk away, and North Park mall is just down the road. White rock park, Walmart, and many other shopping and other activities are just a short drive away. It is very convenient. Overall, we have been very pleased with our apartment and the area. I am sure we will continue renting here until we decide to buy a home.

The staff listens to residents and fixes any problems immediately with great results. I'm impressed with the response time and all of the staff is friendly. Cambridge is by far the best place I have lived in years.
